Hevix Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hevix collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Hevix mobile application.

Hevix is a free prize draw application. Users can create an account, watch rewarded ads, receive draw tickets, and participate in weekly draws. Hevix does not offer real-money gambling, betting, wagering, or paid entries.

Information We Collect

• Account information, including email address and Firebase user ID.
• Profile information, including first name, last name, city, country, and name visibility preference.
• Draw participation data, including ticket count, daily remaining ad views, draw ranking, and winner records.
• App and service data needed to operate Firebase and AdMob.
• Advertising data processed by Google AdMob to load, measure, and serve ads.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Verify email-based sign-in.
• Display profile and draw participation information.
• Count rewarded ad completions and assign draw tickets.
• Run weekly prize draws and record winners.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and manipulation of ticket counts.
• Operate, secure, and improve the app.
• Show ads through Google AdMob.

Rewarded Ads

Hevix uses Google AdMob rewarded ads. A ticket is added only after the rewarded ad completion callback is received and verified through server-side logic.

Google and its partners may collect and process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interaction data, and other data as described in Google's policies.

Firebase Services

Hevix uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Hosting, and Cloud Functions. Firebase is used to authenticate users, store profile and draw data, run ticket and draw logic on the server, and host public documents.

Prize Draw Data

The app may show public draw-related information such as total tickets, total participants, top participants, recent winners, winner first name, city, and prize.

Data Sharing

We may process data with Google Firebase, Google AdMob, service providers needed to operate the app, and authorities or legal parties where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We keep account, profile, ticket, and draw records for as long as needed to operate the app, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain draw transparency.

User Choices

• Update profile information in the app.
• Hide display name where supported.
• Choose whether to watch rewarded ads.
• Stop using the app at any time.
• Request account or data deletion by contacting the app operator.

Children

Hevix is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age required by local law and by the app stores where Hevix is distributed. The app operator should define the exact minimum age before public launch.

Security

Hevix uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules, and server-side Cloud Functions to protect draw data and prevent direct client manipulation of tickets and daily limits.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published with an updated date.
