Delete Hevix Account

In the app
You can delete your Hevix account from the mobile app:
- Open Hevix.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
- Your Hevix profile information, including name, city, country, email, and name visibility setting.
- Your current ticket count, daily ad quota, and active draw participation data.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or prize draw transparency. This may include historical winner records and administrative logs.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in to the app, request deletion by email from the address connected to your Hevix account:
Please include the email address used for your Hevix account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.
